Ladyfest Reading Group at Borders
 

 
We will be discussing Joyce Carol Oates' short story 'Faithless' (from the collection Faithless: Tales of Trangression), a story in which two adult sisters recall their mother's disappearance during their childhood. Crafternoon at St Peter's College
 

 
In the Miles Room and the Latner Room of St Peter's College. We will be showcasing women's creativity and encouraging you to get involved in a crafternoon. Workshops will be held demonstrating knitting skills, other textile methods, and zine and DIY culture. Crafty ladies will be selling their handmade wares and zines will be present thanks to the distros taking part. Throughout the afternoon we will also be holding a swap shop and knitting circle. The timetable for the workshops is as follows:

14:00–15:00: Knitting skills
15:00–16:00: DIY and zine talk
16:00–17:00: Textile method TBC

Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
